Privacy Policy

This policy covers Plot1 channel stats (the “App”), operated by Smart Adam KZ LLP (TOO «Smart Adam KZ», BIN 200140002605), trading as Smart Adam Studio, at office 76, 84/2 Karmysov St, Medeu district, Almaty, Republic of Kazakhstan. Contact: our YouTube channel page.
Information the App accesses
- Channel and video identifiers, titles, descriptions, publication information, playlists and relevant content settings, for authorized studio channels.
- Available YouTube Analytics reports, such as views, watch time, audience retention, traffic sources, geographic aggregates and subscriber activity. Revenue reports are included only with the separate revenue permission and when available.
- OAuth access and refresh tokens needed to maintain your authorized connection, and limited operational records of requested actions and their outcomes.
The App requests only permissions needed for its enabled functions. Depending on the selected mode these may include YouTube read access, Analytics read access, monetary Analytics read access and separate YouTube management permission. Management permission is used for approved metadata, playlist, channel-setting and publication operations. Video files are uploaded manually; the App does not need your Google password.
Why information is used
We use this information to provide studio channel reports, review content performance, carry out authorized channel operations, maintain access and investigate technical failures. We do not sell Google user data, use it for targeted advertising or credit decisions, or use it to train general-purpose AI models.
Access, sharing and processors
Access is restricted to authorized studio personnel and the service providers necessary for the disclosed features. Data is not published on this website.
Service providers: PS Cloud Services (website hosting, Kazakhstan); Google (YouTube and YouTube Analytics APIs). To prepare internal performance summaries, aggregated analytics may be processed through the APIs of OpenAI, Google Gemini and Anthropic, under their API terms that do not use API data to train their models. Internal notifications to studio staff via Telegram contain only short summaries, not Google account data.
Information may also be disclosed when required by law or needed to protect security. A transfer connected with a business sale requires the consent and safeguards required by Google's policies.
Storage and security
Google API connections use HTTPS. Tokens are stored encrypted (Windows DPAPI) on the studio computer and are accessible only to the studio's own software. We do not promise that any system is perfectly secure.
Retention and deletion
Other stored YouTube API data is refreshed or deleted within 30 days. Authorized Analytics history is retained only while necessary for the disclosed purpose and while authorization remains valid, checked at least every 30 days.
To request deletion of stored data and authorization tokens, contact us via our YouTube channel page. We delete the associated stored API data within seven calendar days of the request. After access is revoked, associated API data is deleted within 30 calendar days. These deadlines apply to all copies, exports and backups we keep. Deletion from our storage does not delete videos or other content on YouTube.
Revoke Google access
You can revoke the App's access through your Google Account permissions.
This website
These static pages contain no advertising, analytics scripts, tracking cookies or sign-in form. The hosting provider keeps standard web server access logs (IP address, time, requested page) for security and operation.

The App's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
